As a manufacturer focused on wholesale and private label production, we typically require an MOQ to maintain cost-effectiveness. However, we are flexible with new clients.

Yes, private label manufacturing is our specialty. We can laser etch your brand logo onto bits, stirrups, and spurs, and we can manufacture products according to your specific technical drawings or samples. We ensure your brand identity is perfectly represented on every piece.

Absolutely. We strongly encourage clients to inspect our quality first. We can ship samples of any product from our catalog. While clients usually cover the cost of samples and shipping, this amount is often deducted from the final invoice when you place your first bulk order.

Production times vary based on order volume and complexity. Generally, an average wholesale order takes between 4 to 6 weeks from the date the deposit is received. For highly customized or very large orders, we will provide a precise timeline during the quotation phase.

We primarily use high-grade Stainless Steel (AISI 304/420) to ensure rust resistance and durability. We also work with Solid Brass, Copper, German Silver, and Sweet Iron depending on the functional requirements of the bit or stirrup.

We export globally from Sialkot. We can ship via Air Cargo (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for smaller, urgent shipments, or via Sea Freight for larger bulk orders. Our standard incoterm is FOB Sialkot, meaning we handle the goods until they are loaded onto the vessel/plane, but we can also arrange CIF or DDP upon request.

For standard international orders, we typically require an advance deposit of 50% to begin production, with the remaining balance due before shipment. We accept payments via T/T (Bank Transfer) or Western Union for smaller amounts. Letter of Credit (L/C) is available for large-volume contracts.

Yes. If you have a proprietary design, you can send us technical drawings or a physical prototype. Our tooling department can create custom molds. We sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to protect your intellectual property and ensure your unique designs remain exclusive to your brand.

Yes, we provide full retail-ready packaging solutions. Instead of standard polybags, we can pack your products in custom-printed blister packs, hanging cards, or branded boxes featuring your artwork and barcodes, so they are ready for store shelves immediately upon arrival.

We welcome visits from our international partners. Seeing our forging and polishing process in person is the best way to understand the quality we deliver. Please contact us in advance so we can arrange an invitation letter for your visa and schedule a tour of our facility.
