Welcome to DEMRAS. By accessing this website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and buyers (wholesale, private label, and distributors) of our products and services.

Order Placement: All orders are subject to acceptance by DEMRAS. A contract is formed only when we issue a written Order Confirmation or Proforma Invoice.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): As a manufacturer, we operate with Minimum Order Quantities for specific products. These MOQs will be clearly communicated during the quotation phase.

Cancellations: Orders for custom or private-label goods cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

Currency: Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in USD (United States Dollar).

Pricing Validity: Price quotes are valid for 30 days. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to significant fluctuations in raw material costs (e.g., stainless steel, brass) prior to order confirmation.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via T/T (Bank Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit) for larger orders.

Payment Schedule: For standard production orders, we require an advance deposit (typically 50%) to begin manufacturing, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment.

Specifications: The buyer is responsible for providing accurate technical specifications, logos, and design files for private label orders.

Samples: We provide pre-production samples for approval. Once the sample is approved by the client, mass production will follow the sample’s standards. Minor variations inherent to the hand-polishing and forging process are to be expected and accepted.

Lead Times: Production lead times are estimates based on current factory capacity. While we strive to meet all deadlines, DEMRAS is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or unforeseen supply chain disruptions.

Incoterms: Standard shipping terms are FOB (Free on Board) Sialkot, unless otherwise negotiated (e.g., CIF or DDP).

Liability: Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the goods have been delivered to the carrier/freight forwarder. We recommend clients acquire shipping insurance.

Customs & Duties: The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in the destination country.

Inspection Period: Buyers must inspect goods upon arrival. Any claims regarding manufacturing defects or quantity discrepancies must be made in writing within 14 days of receipt.

Return Policy: Custom and private-label products are non-refundable unless there is a proven manufacturing defect. In the case of valid defects, DEMRAS reserves the option to repair, replace, or credit the value of the defective items.

Client Designs: We respect the intellectual property of our OEM clients. Any custom molds, designs, or logos provided by you remain your property and will not be used for other clients or our own brand without permission.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sialkot, Pakistan.
