Titanium has excellent properties: - In spite of the low weight compared to conventional bits, titanium bits sit very quietly in the horse's mouth. - Due to the natural titanium dioxide layer on the bit, pollutants and bacteria can be destroyed and an antimicrobial effect can be achieved. - Due to the poor heat conduction of titanium, it always has a pleasant temperature. - The saliva production of the horse is stimulated, whereby a relaxation of the neck muscles of the horse is promoted.
